Meet your new favorite way to spend a day on the water in Delray Beach, Florida! Flow & Float Day Retreats. A 3-hour private coastal wellness experience curated to calm your mind and body. An on-the water retreat for people seeking nature, wellness, luxury, and connection!

Cruise along the calm Intracoastal Waterway on a beautiful 35' luxury cruiser driven by our fun US Coast Guard Licensed Captains. Then anchor at a lovely beach, flow through a beginner friendly yoga class led by Dina Pappalardo, a Delray local with over 15 years of experience teaching and leading retreats worldwide. Class will be completely customized by Dina to accommodate your group. After class, feel free to take a swim, float, soak in the sun, sip, and  socialize before drifting back feeling completely refreshed and recharged!

The Experience: A 3-hour private coastal journey 

• Depart from Delray Beach and cruise along the calm and stunning Intracoastal waterway (45–60 minutes). 

• Beach yoga at Lake Wyman or similar destination, a serene area surrounded by nature (45-60 minutes). No mat or yoga experience needed, just bring a beach towel! 

• Sip, swim, sunbathe, and float on the water (30–45 minutes). 

• Return cruise (45–60 minutes.)

Bookings available on a first come, first serve basis, Sundays from 12-3 PM.

Pricing:  

• $1,799. Includes: 3 hour boat charter. Private yoga class. Captain gratuity. Fuel to local destination.

Up to 11 guests are welcome; only $164 per guest with 11 guests.
