What is your cancellation policy?

Once a client books our boat, we notify all subsequent inquiries that the boat is unavailable. For this reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the booking start time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 2-5 days before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

Charters operate in most weather conditions. In Florida, rain showers are common and usually pass quickly. Cloudy skies, cooler temperatures, light rain, or forecasted passing showers do not qualify for cancellation.

In the case of expected inclement weather (named storms, lightning, thunderstorms, extended heavy rains), the captain will monitor weather conditions and make a decision around 2 hours before the charter. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, the charter will be rescheduled or refunded.
